The place is neat and clean, but the piercing material is not suitable for skin. Surgical steel shouldn’t be used with fresh or healed piercings. I had my lip pierced here and was given a bar that was way too short, causing swelling due to its tightness. I had to remove it after 2 days and get it redone with a longer bar. What a splendid morning! Strolled in for a trim with my wild mane, in dire need of taming. Sarah was exceptional, skilled, warm, and always seeking my input to ensure perfection each time. Adored the remarkable transformation I underwent, from looking windswept to polished and tidy. The salon was immaculate with a delightful ambiance. I do wish they offered appointments as I struggle with time management (a personal flaw, not theirs 😩).
The wait wasn't excessive, Sarah (and her colleagues) were efficient yet meticulous, wasting no time during the session.
The pricing was fair, making it a worthwhile experience.

I went to the salon yesterday for the first time, what a total mess of a haircut, one side was cut differently to the other and my growing hair was chopped off. I had to fix it at another salon as I didn’t want to go back. Was going to do my hair regrowth but decided not to after the owner gossiped about another hair stylist in Milton, Havelock North, who has cancer! then went on about the noisy laundromat next door, her staff, an EIT student she found useless, and her rent. I will not return.
