Prices are very appealing. However, the store is always messy and it's hard to find products. The signage is disorganized, making customers search through every aisle to locate items. It would be helpful to have clear signage outside the aisles, like those in New World supermarkets. I got lengthy layers and soft fringe, and the way my hair looks currently is exactly what I've always desired the layers to be like. Will definitely revisit. Yesterday we bought a pair of swimming trunks, and it was way too small. So we tried to exchange the size of the swimming trunks, but even though the pair of swimming trunks was brand new, we couldn't exchange the size, or even get a refund. The service is also really bad, so we don't recommend coming to the botany downs warehouse. I also want to remind everyone to check their receipt as the refundable warning is incredibly small.
