Unfortunately, my experience with my ombre brows in New Zealand wasn't great either. My mum and I had them done, but they have completely faded away. I've been trying to contact Pakao, but she hasn't responded. When we went for a second time and asked for bolder brows, Pakao assured us she would deliver, but they still faded.
