Zoe's service left me utterly let down yesterday! I opted for a haircut and eyebrow tint. Unfortunately, the tint faded the very next day. The haircut was a disaster, despite showing her a reference photo. She seemed rushed as her next appointment arrived mid-cut, and I was left unsatisfied. Katie and the other stylist had previously provided exceptional service.
