Arrived outside this morning to purchase a wristwatch. There stood an elderly blonde individual adjusting the window display. We inquired if the store was open as per their 9:30am schedule, it now being 9:32am. She replied negatively and proceeded to mouth an explanation from behind a closed display window. We opted to go across the street to another jeweler and made our purchase there. The customer service, or lack thereof, was astonishing. Having worked in retail for most of my life, I would never treat my customers the way this individual treated us today. I suggest that this particular individual undergo more customer service training. Not a fan of gyms at all, but this place has won me over. It took me a couple of attempts to walk through the door, but now I hate missing a session. We have such a great time and the workouts are always different, so there's no chance of getting bored. My golf game has improved thanks to the increased strength and stamina from the weight training. My wrist arthritis used to be painful, but it's almost gone now thanks to the exercises we do. Worst customer service ever! booked three appointments 2 moons out via email as was asked to put a 50% deposit down. Asked if this was standard procedure and they advised yes because of the time being booked by therapists. Totally understandable, gave my number and asked to call me to obtain the credit card details as i did not want to email them. No one called me! Then then i get an email saying my appointments have been cancelled as i didn't pay the deposit 2 weeks out from the date. They said they didn't have my number so i forwarded the email with my number and then subsequently says they tried to call me multiple times and left voices messages which they did not. What a way to run a business..
