We're Kiwis from Wellington who spend each summer up here for about 9-14 days. This year we've fallen quite ill. We decided to contact and drive into Keri Keri to see the doctors. From the initial phone call with Gaye and then the phone consultation with Sarah... both displayed free and highly professional mannerisms and approaches. We haven't had a miraculous cure to our sickness due to the ramping up of COVID and viruses at the moment... but we've been provided with clear and calm assurance that we can recover, along with measures to ensure our well-being. Worst customer service ever! booked three appointments 2 moons out via email as was asked to put a 50% deposit down. Asked if this was standard procedure and they advised yes because of the time being booked by therapists. Totally understandable, gave my number and asked to call me to obtain the credit card details as i did not want to email them. No one called me! Then then i get an email saying my appointments have been cancelled as i didn't pay the deposit 2 weeks out from the date. They said they didn't have my number so i forwarded the email with my number and then subsequently says they tried to call me multiple times and left voices messages which they did not. What a way to run a business..

Not a fan of gyms at all, but this place has won me over. It took me a couple of attempts to walk through the door, but now I hate missing a session. We have such a great time and the workouts are always different, so there's no chance of getting bored. My golf game has improved thanks to the increased strength and stamina from the weight training. My wrist arthritis used to be painful, but it's almost gone now thanks to the exercises we do.
