Samarah has been doing my hair for over 12 months now and has done high lights, bayalage and low lights for me - I never come out anything less than thrilled she is the best hair stylist I've ever come across on either side of the globe.

Renee and her team have been phenomenal in assisting me post-baby to feel robust and fit, the classes are excellent for enhancing my knowledge of proper weightlifting techniques, the trainers are always encouraging in refining form, and I've achieved remarkable results from attending 2-3 times a week.
