Annette is the first individual to elucidate that I have exceedingly tight muscles on the outer part of my shins, which likely pulls my feet outwards, thereby exerting strain on my inner shin muscles, leading to the discomfort. She has been diligently working on loosening those taut muscles and has also prescribed strengthening exercises for me.
