Ever purchased an item online for in-store pickup to ensure it's reserved, only to find out it doesn't work that way at Mitre 10 Westgate, and they couldn't care less?
I paid online and waited for the notification to pick up my order... after 4 hours of silence, I decided to head over. I thought even if I had to wait upon arrival, at least I'd know where to collect it, as I was unfamiliar with that store and the process. Upon reaching the counter, I informed the young man that I had a pickup but acknowledged it might not be ready since I hadn't received any communication. However, when he checked, he said, "We're out of stock, we tried to contact you" (they did not). I received a refund, but there was no hint of empathy for my 10 km drive. Just got Cosmelan treatment a week ago from Aimee and I'm already seeing amazing results, unlike any other treatment I've had before (and I've had laser, ipls, etc).
