At payment, they refused to charge for fixing the first cut! After TPLO surgery to mend a torn cruciate ligament, my dog Kyla was quite sensitive to touch on her back and leg. A vet/acupuncturist suggested consulting a chiropractor. Following a recommendation from another dog owner, I visited Alice. I noticed improvements after the initial session. Some seemingly minor adjustments had a significant impact. Samarah has been doing my hair for over 12 months now and has done high lights, bayalage and low lights for me - I never come out anything less than thrilled she is the best hair stylist I've ever come across on either side of the globe.

Dr. Kauri and the team are brilliant. I was a bit apprehensive when I got in the chair but Dr. Kauri made me relax and was awesome at explaining what was happening. I didn't catch the name of the dental assistant (sorry) but they saw me trying to move something that was uncomfortable and pressing on my nose so they placed a cotton roll under my nose and it took the pain away. Very observant person. I can't express enough how friendly and professional the whole team is. And Dr. Kauri gave me some great advice. They definitely care about the people and didn't even upsell some magnesium powder to help with sleep. I asked if I could get it from the supermarket or chemist, they said chemist. I went out to pay and saw it on the shelf. I purchased it from them. I highly recommend Huapai Dental as they truly have a holistic service.
