I've been a member for nearly a year now and it has been the most fantastic year of my life for my fitness and wellness objectives all thanks to Pwrfit! Renee and her team have been phenomenal in assisting me post-baby to feel robust and fit, the classes are excellent for enhancing my knowledge of proper weightlifting techniques, the trainers are always encouraging in refining form, and I've achieved remarkable results from attending 2-3 times a week. The atmosphere is fantastic, lots of smiles and sweating with fantastic people! The classes are truly enjoyable and I always leave feeling on cloud nine! 🫶🏽
