Eyes stung for hours, couldn't open them, truly an unpleasant experience. Claimed to be the best in Rotorua for $85. Incorrect! Thick, bulky glue, very dirty shop with poor hygiene standards. Waited an hour for a prescription. Two pharmacists and two assistants were present. Initially informed of a 15-minute wait, I had to inquire after half an hour. Was told it was being checked, which took more than 15 minutes. Meanwhile, those ahead of me were attended to. Disappointing experience at a large pharmacy. Will seek alternatives in the future.

I wouldn't recommend this place for piercings; they botched three on me, placing them incorrectly. Also, they use needle guns, which I'm not a fan of. However, they are exceptional tattoo artists. I have several pieces done by Lila, and she is friendly throughout the entire process. I phoned in early December, not expecting an appointment until post-Christmas. To my surprise, they squeezed me in within 10 minutes! I was treated to a hair wash and a scalp massage (a first for me and truly delightful). The stylist then suggested a cut that suited me perfectly, and I left with a haircut that made me very happy. To top it off, they even curled and styled my hair, something I've never experienced elsewhere. Sarah did an exceptional job, and I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on.About

Before Shauntal I had only had my lashes done maybe 3-4 times at the most. When I moved to Levin, meeting new people was super scary to me. I had heard and seen good things about Shauntal and decide to book in. It's safe to say over a year later, I have never looked back 🥰. Shauntal has always provided the best environment, conversation and comfort from day one and this is just a bonus to their service.
