Kiri is the best ❤️ she is the queen of her craft and has a natural calming aura about her (whilst still having a laugh) which makes you feel completely at ease. She takes a photo of the look you want and makes you feel like the most glamorous person of yourself. Horrible place for hair. Terrible experience, got hair styled for graduation. Price included wash and blow dry, but shampoo made hair rough, not washed properly. Style dropped in 10 minutes, called salon, hairdresser said "I did my job, your hair doesn't hold style." Rude response, ruined my day. The gentleman was great, he always checked with me if his massage was ok. The place was quite busy when I arrived, so all cubicles were occupied, so a couple of us were waiting for 15 minutes. I like the setting of the chair massages, behind the wall, a bit of privacy from the window. Further towards the back is a couple of seats for head massages.
