Had a fab time getting some old jewellery switched up and a fresh industrial piercing today! I had a helix piercing that was a real mission to remove, and they put in so much effort and care to assist me in getting it replaced - and I only had to pay for the new jewellery! The piercer was so lovely and humorous, I felt incredibly at ease and joyful with their super professional service and would definitely suggest to anyone seeking a first time or extra piercing! The jewellery choices are super adorable too, and the reasonable prices are great, without compromising professionalism and care for a lower cost. It was absolutely the best piercing experience I've had and I'll certainly return! I recently got a haircut and keratin treatment at this place on 3/2/2024. What a disaster. The cut was way too short, and after the first wash, my hair felt and looked terrible. I tried calling and left a message on Tuesday, but still no response. Unacceptable and irresponsible behavior from a hair salon. Waste of money as no one is taking accountability. Not a good experience :(About

He explained everything clearly. The studio was spotless and the piercing was quick and painless. My son left with a big smile and was thrilled. 10/10 Recommend, the lass is lovely and very skilled at what she does! The best nail spot I have discovered in Lower Hutt and the most budget-friendly rates. She has a good selection of hues and even cheerfully repaired a nail I chipped at no added cost. I will continue backing this nearby small enterprise :)
