Popped in today, showed the chap a snap of my desired style and requested to maintain the length on top. Unfortunately, he didn't pay heed and just did his own thing. I now resemble an egg. Perhaps the most cringe-worthy haircut I've ever had. I was looked after by one of your ladies there, I think she's the manager, I can't recall her name but she has tattoos on her hands, etc. She was really helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed. I was only looking for a simple chain to replace the broken one I had. She showed me all the options available and I ended up purchasing two of them. She also informed me about the free piercing service, so I decided to get a piercing done, and it was a wonderful experience! She explained how to care for it and was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to! She definitely deserves recognition or a raise.
