Took my son in for a nose piercing. He was super nervous, as expected. Hamish was amazing. Made him feel at ease. Cracked some jokes and even let him choose the music. He explained everything clearly. The studio was spotless and the piercing was quick and painless. My son left with a big smile and was thrilled. I recently got a haircut and keratin treatment at this place on 3/2/2024. What a disaster. The cut was way too short, and after the first wash, my hair felt and looked terrible. I tried calling and left a message on Tuesday, but still no response. Unacceptable and irresponsible behavior from a hair salon. Waste of money as no one is taking accountability. Not a good experience :(About
