I am truly amazed by Sarah's expertise and knowledge. She conducts a thorough assessment and devises a treatment plan tailored to my skin concerns, along with recommending suitable and effective skincare products.

The service was shockingly poor - no inquiries about the desired length, a hasty cut, and a push towards SNS instead of acrylic, despite my request. The end result was subpar, with inconsistent shaping on every nail. When I suggested it would be nice to seek feedback, the technician argued and dismissed my concerns. Avoid this place at all costs - they're only after your money. Booked my haircut with Tane online for 4.00pm. Arrived at 3.45pm and waited patiently. Noticed only two Kiwi barbers in the shop. By 4.15pm, I inquired about Tane's absence and was told to wait a bit longer. At 4.30pm, asked when the current customer would be done, received a vague response. The barber and his customer joked in another language, making me feel targeted.
Left at 4.40pm without my haircut due to excessive wait and feeling mocked. If it's not Tane, don't expect respect for being Māori or any other nationality. The Indian barbers may be skilled, but lack in customer service.

I recently experienced this salon for the first time, purely by chance as my usual salon was swamped with post-lockdown appointments & couldn't squeeze me in. I was a bit anxious about trying a new hairdresser, but it turned out to be unnecessary! Shayne was warm, highly skilled and knowledgeable, and paid close attention to my preferences. The organic products she used are truly remarkable and have genuinely improved the condition of my long hair. It's no longer dry and now feels incredibly soft with volume and beautiful curls all the way to the tips. I've also noticed a decrease in shedding. I am completely won over and will definitely be a loyal customer from now on.
