The gentleman was great, he always checked with me if his massage was ok. The place was quite busy when I arrived, so all cubicles were occupied, so a couple of us were waiting for 15 minutes. I like the setting of the chair massages, behind the wall, a bit of privacy from the window. Further towards the back is a couple of seats for head massages. I recently got a haircut and keratin treatment at this place on 3/2/2024. What a disaster. The cut was way too short, and after the first wash, my hair felt and looked terrible. I tried calling and left a message on Tuesday, but still no response. Unacceptable and irresponsible behavior from a hair salon. Waste of money as no one is taking accountability.
