I recently got a haircut and keratin treatment at this place on 3/2/2024. What a disaster. The cut was way too short, and after the first wash, my hair felt and looked terrible. I tried calling and left a message on Tuesday, but still no response. Unacceptable and irresponsible behavior from a hair salon. Waste of money as no one is taking accountability. Treating myself to a haircut here was a wonderful experience, and I am thrilled with the clean, short hairstyle that Courtney crafted for me. She is not only skilled but also a pleasure to be around.
