I’ve been to plenty of lash techs in the Auckland region and she is by far the best in my opinion. Was originally going for d curl, medium length and she recommend dd. Glad I opted for her recommendation it made all the difference. To get to Caci Lower Hutt at 119 Queens Drive, Hutt Central, Lower Hutt 5010, New Zealand by public transport, take the bus number 110 from the Lower Hutt Station and get off at the Queens Drive - Bloomfield Terrace stop. If driving, head south on High Street, turn right onto Andrews Avenue, then left onto Queens Drive where you will find Caci Lower Hutt on the right side after passing Bloomfield Terrace.
