I recently had a brow lamination and lash lift done by Jemma in New Zealand and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! My eyebrows are naturally thin and require strong waterproof products to hold them in place. However, after the brow lamination, my eyebrows appear much fuller and defined. I got the eyebrow lamination and lash lift on 13/8/2021. Amazing spot, definitely suggesting it to my whānau and mates, and will be returning. Grateful they squeezed me in on Friday arvo as I needed it for an event on Saturday, so cheers to kiwi beautique! Syanne was so kind, she explained the process and I decided to try the lash lift. I enjoyed it, but I still prefer lash extensions, always good to experiment though. Very welcoming, made me feel at ease, and I trusted her service. Great for the customer, especially after some bad lash and brow experiences in the past. I even dozed off during the session haha. I would 💯 recommend and might book for nails next time as I've heard Selina is top-notch. I reloaded my HOP card at this top-up spot and used pay wave without realizing my card was blocked. While at this Chemist, I turned on my mobile data to unblock my card. I just want to confirm if the top-up was successful, as it was a female Maori-looking New Zealander who processed the transaction after I unblocked my card. I politely requested if she could check with the guy if the top-up went through. The Maori-looking lady haughtily replied, "NO--you have your receipt." Having the receipt doesn't guarantee the top-up reflected on my card. Wanting to be sure if the top-up went through, as I don't want to drive tomorrow, I stepped outside, logged into my HOP account, and showed her the transaction, indicating no addition to my previous balance. She insisted the transaction would show up tomorrow when I tag on, which is unlikely unless the top-up is done online. Topping up at HOP machines or outlets should allow immediate card use. I had to contact HOP customer service to rectify the issue. This store is in a sad state, inside and out. Most of the shopping carts are broken and barely work. The folks at the checkouts are friendly and helpful, but the store itself needs a lot of attention. It could definitely use some renovations to spruce it up.
