01/03/2024 I requested a trim today at about 2:00 pm on my hair and showed her the photo and she agreed. I said just straight short cut. The initial cut was too bad it’s not straight and while I understand that she can’t speak much English that’s okay I asked for someone who can check on her work as I was trying to say it’s not straight and she cut way too short already, she’s already going to blow dry it. I asked her colleague very calmly “do you think she did a good job” she said “no” and spoke in their own language as she was trying to explain to the one that cut my hair maybe how to repair it. I still ended up crying while paying $40 on my trim on the counter.About

However, there is a new individual working there who emits a strong unpleasant odor. I have been there multiple times recently, and the odor remains consistent each time! Updating my review from 5 to a 3 and a half if I could add a half. The gentleman that was working when we went, needs some major help with customer service skills. Was absolutely useless with serving those in the store. In fact he wasn’t serving anyone he was doing goodness knows what. But when we asked him about items on the shelf he just answers with a yes, was not helpful or friendly at all. Looking at their Instagram, their work is stunning, but I should've checked the Kiwi reviews before going to the store. They completely messed up my nails. I was left with bulky nails and glue all over my fingers. The store was packed, and it was not a relaxing experience at all. I wouldn't suggest coming here; some of the workers shouldn't even be handling people's nails as they lack experience.
