Despite numerous staff members being present, no one made an effort to help promptly. This lack of attention to customers is disappointing, considering the beautiful setup and product range of the store. The store manager should address this to ensure a better customer experience.

Walking into Harmony @ Westfield Auckland is like coming home or visiting a friend's place. The team there (Kahu, Te Aroha & Aroha) are the only ones I trust with my hair. They're open to trying new things, but if something won't work or suit me, they're honest about it. About 9 years ago, I visited every salon in Auckland Mall asking to go from dark brown to blonde. One salon quoted me around $600 for blonde highlights because they thought maintaining Blonde Hair would be too difficult. Another salon had sky-high prices, but Harmony was the friendliest, most affordable, and actually listened to what I wanted, even making sure I had the right products to take home. Since then, I haven't gone anywhere else. From copper to blonde to black to blonde to pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month to copper again, my hair has been through a lot but remains healthy, soft, and well-maintained. The team at Harmony Auckland truly feels like family. Thank you, wonderful people!

Ever since the switch to Everyday Rewards, the specials have been fantastic. There is a diverse selection of sauces and wines available. The self-service checkouts provide a convenient way to pay and leave. The staff is friendly, and there is ample parking space due to its location within the mall.About

Looking at their Instagram, their work is stunning, but I should've checked the Kiwi reviews before going to the store. They completely messed up my nails. I was left with bulky nails and glue all over my fingers. The store was packed, and it was not a relaxing experience at all. I wouldn't suggest coming here; some of the workers shouldn't even be handling people's nails as they lack experience.
