Lack of clear communication with the staff, as they struggle with English, making it difficult to convey my preferences. I requested a French tip pedicure with a darker base to address nail imperfections. It took three attempts with different staff members to finally get my request across. Upon completion, I was dissatisfied with the $35 service and results. When I voiced my concerns, I was repeatedly blamed for choosing a different base color and having a non-flat nail (their responsibility to flatten). The only resolution offered was to return the next day (not feasible) or remove the polish for a refund. The meanest gym around. A women's only gym packed with the latest gear. Heaps of solid trainers and friendly gym-goers. They swap recipes for good kai and tailored diets. They get into muscle-building comps. I'm still a newbie but every sesh has been choice. (Well, as much as you can enjoy a workout that's a mission.🤣😂) There's heaps of good yarns among the wahine. Every time I've been, someone has helped me use the gear right. When you're fresh, the trainers look out for you and show you the ropes. Not one sesh is the same, we mix it up with different circuits. Stinkin' love it.
