Discriminatory. Upon entering the shop, Your employee by the name of Sarah from Wellington (fragrance department) made me and my younger cousin feel uneasy. She approached us in a manner that was intimidating and forceful. The attitude and conduct she exhibited seemed to be based on social profiling. It’s incredibly painful and disrespectful. Saying “um so are you ladies all right” and then standing and staring to the point where it became uncomfortable and obvious that she was racially profiling us. This is not the first occurrence! It was the main reason I traveled to Wellington from Auckland, along with visiting my son and his family. I even managed to snag a photo with the Kiwi Team, which was a delightful surprise. I've been a patient at this clinic for years. Today, on the 13th of July, I've been waiting for a week for a refund to be transferred back into my account, but still, nothing has happened. I specifically requested this refund as I need the money for fuel to collect my insulin. Due to NOBODY checking on it, I may now have to wait another week before I can access my essential medication. I tried seeking assistance from WINZ, but they wouldn't help until Whaiora gave consent.
