Following thorough research, we opted for Get-Waxed Vehicle Grooming to give our Trailite Oakura 8.2m motorhome a comprehensive wash, wax, and polish (including the challenge of cleaning the roof under the narrow solar panel clearance). Paddy, the proprietor, dedicated a significant portion of the day meticulously detailing everything, and we were ECSTATIC with the results. Harvey Norman staff are incredibly exceptional. We visited to purchase a mid-range Bosch Oven. Sarah is evidently a seasoned cook, had been sent by Harvey Norman for Bosch training in WLG, and could explain to us the benefits of the steam function on the top-tier model. She secured such a discount on the floor display model that we decided to go for it. The delight that oven brings us daily is immense, we are deeply grateful. Other staff members have also been exceptional, they make shopping there a pleasure. The Southland region is fortunate to have such great service.

I am let down by the click and collect and delivery services offered by this store (New World Masterton). I face mobility challenges, but I do have a vehicle. Initially, I thought I could utilize the click and collect service as navigating a large supermarket store is too difficult for me. However, at New World Masterton, there are rarely any disabled parking spots close enough as the click and collect groceries must be picked up from the service desk inside the store. When I attempted delivery, my groceries were simply left on my doorstep without even a knock, despite me being at home. The first time this occurred, I contacted the store to request assistance from the delivery person in bringing in the heavier items and handing me the rest, so I wouldn't have to bend down to retrieve them from outside. Unfortunately, the second delivery was just as disappointing, so I am switching to Woolworths.
Before relocating to Masterton, I resided in Hamilton, where New World Hillcrest provided excellent service. They had a designated Click & Collect area where cars could drive up, and the staff always helped carry my groceries to my car trunk. If I opted for delivery, the delivery person would knock on my door and assist me with bringing in my groceries. What an awesome event! Besides the shearing, the wool handling competition was a real highlight. It was the main reason I traveled to Wellington from Auckland, along with visiting my son and his family. I even managed to snag a photo with the Kiwi Team, which was a delightful surprise. I also had the chance to observe the behind-the-scenes action of herding the sheep.
