I've visited your shop several times recently (I'm a regular customer) and each time I've been completely ignored by the checkout and self-checkout staff. Not even a simple greeting. I'm a sociable person who always says hello, so being disregarded when I'm spending my money is not okay. It's not difficult to say hello and goodbye, even when busy.
