Decided to buy some appliances, spoke with the person in the store (it was a Sunday) who mentioned it might be delivered late Monday afternoon. Continued the conversation and then she mentioned they don't deliver on Mondays, so it would be Wednesday. A minute later, she said the delivery person was busy, so I might be lucky to get it by Friday afternoon... all without even checking her computer. In just 5 minutes, a whole week was added to the delivery time. Completely turned me off the purchase. I opted for varnish, yet I was still charged an extra $10, apparently because clear varnish costs $30. While the promotion is still good, I found the experience misleading, and communication was difficult as no one spoke English fluently. Around 5 women insisted that I was mistaken.
