Requested the hair stylist to avoid using the large shaver on my hair. Trimming around the ears with a small shaver was acceptable. However, she assured me of her expertise, then proceeded to use the large shaver, shaving down the side of my head. When I questioned her actions, she reiterated her confidence in her skills. I expected to have a say in my haircut, but it seemed otherwise.

Despite this, I decided to visit the branch due to its proximity, but was shocked when the staff member raised the price upon arrival, claiming it was the actual cost. Their lack of transparency in pricing is concerning. Avoid this store if you want to avoid being overcharged. The staff member present was of European descent.
