They then attempted to sell me the display model at the same price. I insisted on a discount as it was a demo unit. They agreed to a slight reduction. Upon inspecting the floor model, I found human hair in it, indicating it was second-hand. I was appalled by this. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would've requested a refund and shopped elsewhere. They offered further discount for it being used, but such incidents should never occur in a professional establishment.
