The customer service is choice and the check-ins before your appointment via phone call, email/txt are quick and informative. Rescheduling is a piece of cake too, the staff are really accommodating to your needs. I have been with Brooke for a while and have loved being her client. She is so bubbly and kind and is so informative and knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. I feel comfortable and safe with Brooke and think she’s an absolute star! I have been going here for years and I love it but I asked why my acrylic nails were different lengths (despite telling them the length I wanted was the middle finger) and the response was ‘that’s how they meant to be measured’. From the outside you have a bit of a moment, it's certainly not a flashy exterior. The inside however is beautiful and welcoming. Kat is absolutely lovely, she listens to what you want and makes sure that you are happy with the outcome.
It is preferable to make an appointment however you can try your luck for a walk in. Best to contact via facebook or email to make a booking. Links are all available on the website.
There is a few parks outside of the building which makes life easy in the current wet weather.
