I have been going here for years and I love it but I asked why my acrylic nails were different lengths (despite telling them the length I wanted was the middle finger) and the response was ‘that’s how they meant to be measured’. While exploring in New Zealand last month I was seeking a spot to have my eyelashes tinted, as I'm accustomed to doing that in the Dutch. It was a tad tricky to locate a place that offered tinting solely, without extensions or lifts. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Aroha's Beauty Studio.
I phoned Aroha ahead of time, wanting to grasp more about the specifics of her tinting technique. Her lucid explanation (matching the same high standards as back home), attentiveness, and warmth put me at ease. The tinting procedure was expertly done, painless, and yielded a flawless outcome.

Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, won't even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist's attitude was like we were doing him a favour, in fact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take our prescriptions there. It does not cost to smile and does not cost to come out have a word with customers instead of passing messages back and forth via shop staff.About
