After providing all the technical details and numbers, a staff member confirmed it could be done for a certain price, which turned out to be higher than what a high-end automotive locksmith specialist had quoted. Despite this, I decided to visit the branch due to its proximity, but was shocked when the staff member raised the price upon arrival, claiming it was the actual cost. Their lack of transparency in pricing is concerning. Avoid this store if you want to avoid being overcharged. The staff member present was of European descent. Came here to do full face wax. I normally come here because she’s good with my brows, but my recent visit. The lady asked what I wanted done so said full face. She said to me “I’m very busy today, I normally only do eyebrows or upper lip, I’m very busy to do full face” and bragged on saying I’ll only do parts that need doing. It didn’t quite hit me until she started working on my face that I was heating up with anger. Showed her hunger for money.
