I don't usually do this, but I've just experienced disrespect from the owner after I mentioned that the hair I purchased is tangled and a mess. His response was, "What do you expect me to do? I've been braiding for 20 years; it's not my issue." As a business owner, it's your responsibility to take care of your customers so they come back!
