The computer showed two cupboards in stock in their depot within the building. After payment, I waited 25 minutes but they couldn't locate one. They then attempted to sell me the display model at the same price. I insisted on a discount as it was a demo unit. They agreed to a slight reduction. Upon inspecting the floor model, I found human hair in it, indicating it was second-hand. I was appalled by this. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would've requested a refund and shopped elsewhere. They offered further discount for it being used, but such incidents should never occur in a professional establishment. I've been braiding for 20 years; it's not my issue." As a business owner, it's your responsibility to take care of your customers so they come back! From the outside you have a bit of a moment, it's certainly not a flashy exterior. The inside however is beautiful and welcoming. Kat is absolutely lovely, she listens to what you want and makes sure that you are happy with the outcome.
It is preferable to make an appointment however you can try your luck for a walk in. Best to contact via facebook or email to make a booking. Links are all available on the website.
There is a few parks outside of the building which makes life easy in the current wet weather.
