I was hoping to give feedback after utilizing the services here.
However, upon joining the queue with a 40 min wait, I was told to return after 20 Mins. Yet, the wait time extended to around 25 Mins. 3 individuals were waiting. One customer then engaged a barber for 20 Mins making a purchase. The wait time remained stagnant. No communication with the waiting customers. I was seeking a place for regular visits, but upon checking the wait time again, it had increased.

We made a reservation online. We found it quite challenging to enter the pool as there were no steps. Although there were grab rails, they weren't convenient for those with mobility issues. It took us a long time to get into the pool. The water was lukewarm - we would have preferred it to be warmer. The pool didn't fill up to the top jet, which was disappointing. We were surprised when the water suddenly drained after a relatively short time in the pool, leaving us wondering how to exit! After a lengthy and concerning struggle, one of us managed to get out and assist the other. Overall, it was quite a frightening experience! When we spoke to the receptionist, she mentioned that there were more user-friendly pools available but not promoted online! It's essential for anyone with mobility issues to inquire about steps at the very least! We wouldn't consider returning. It was quite pricey!
