For the past 5 years, I've been a regular at Vivo in New Zealand, and it's the only salon where I've stayed this long. The salon itself exudes warmth, and the stylists are all so friendly and accommodating. They even cater to clients with children, offering drinks and treats during processing. At Vivo, I feel at ease, welcomed, and truly listened to, especially when Kerri is styling my hair.

Recently decided I needed to do something about my hair so went in and saw Tane. My absolute favourite hair cut I have ever had, Iโve had so many compliments about how it looks and has given me such a confidence boost! Purchased a gift voucher for my father, he had the worst time he has ever had at any spa. Bought the voucher for his birthday and have sent multiple emails, as has my dad, but we have not received any response. My dad had to cut the treatment short as it was awful, and the staff seemed untrained. He even had two people working on him at once, which was not what I paid for. This establishment deleted my dad's review, doesn't reply to emails, and refuses to provide a refund. Terrible business, would not recommend.About
