Utterly disappointed, went in with my child for a complete foot treatment and a hand pampering session. Firstly, they were unaware that I understood their language, breaking rule number one: never converse in a different language and speak negatively about a patron without knowing their background. Secondly, I had to instruct the manicurist to trim my cuticles and push them back, essentially guiding her on the procedure, which was quite irksome. Recently decided I needed to do something about my hair so went in and saw Tane. My absolute favourite hair cut I have ever had, I’ve had so many compliments about how it looks and has given me such a confidence boost! Tane was so handsome and knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and offered advice on what he thought would suit me. Turned out better than I could have asked for!
