My entire whānau visits Bronte at Tūhono Chiropractic and we cannot sing Bronte and the clinic's praises enough!! Working in hospitality can be demanding on the wairua and regular visits to Tūhono keep our hauora in balance. This lack of professionalism was concerning, especially when the stylist had to ask for guidance from another barber. I felt uneasy and won't be returning. Then when she brought it up again, it was like "oh what scan?" Don't you folks make notes on your patients' file? So if she didn't see the Dr again, it would have been forgotten, and she would be waiting for a missed scan. Not cool. It makes me fret for other patients too.
