I felt extremely uneasy and out of place when I entered the salon with my daughter for her haircut. A young woman who seemed preoccupied with another client glanced at me multiple times but didn't acknowledge us at all! No "hello, I'll be with you shortly" or any indication that we were seen. She then went to the back room to chat with a coworker who was on his phone, without mentioning that we were waiting. After waiting for 2 minutes without a word, I decided to leave.
