The mokopuna are always very positive and are full of stories and excitement. They always seem to have thoroughly enjoyed their afternoons. The team is always approachable and friendly, as is Wiremu (the owner), and I am always impressed by his ability to navigate through the different personalities of the children he interacts with. Oh, I visited Antonia yesterday with aches and stiffness from a string of mishaps - chopping timber, dozing on a firm surface in the chill, and more, all during a period of high stress amidst a lengthy renovation. My gracious, enduring body felt tense and somewhat irritable, and I feared, given my age, that this might be my new norm.
I sought out Antonia because she had previously aided me greatly with scar therapy post-surgery.
After an hour on the treatment table, I could move freely again, bend, twist. I felt rejuvenated.
Today, I have slept soundly without being roused by discomfort, I feel more agile, my energy is flowing. She has truly revitalized me.
What Antonia offers is not merely a lovely cosmetic massage, but profound healing. She possesses a deep understanding of the body and how to coax it into being as flexible and cooperative as possible.
I have scheduled another appointment for next week, as Antonia mentioned that a week of healing will yield significant changes. I may be soaring.

Lovely walk along the Halfmoon Bay Marina all the way to Buckland's Beach. The boardwalk is really pleasant as it runs alongside the water. Ample space for walking or cycling. It does get a bit crowded in some spots though. A truly delightful place for a leisurely walk with beautiful views of the water.
