Lovely walk along the Halfmoon Bay Marina all the way to Buckland's Beach. The boardwalk is really pleasant as it runs alongside the water. Ample space for walking or cycling. It does get a bit crowded in some spots though. A truly delightful place for a leisurely walk with beautiful views of the water.

Serenity and Nicky were absolutely amazing on my special day for our hair and makeup. My bridesmaids and I felt incredibly beautiful and relaxed throughout the entire morning, making it a fun and stress-free experience. The makeup lasted all day and night with minimal touch-ups needed, even in the hot summer weather. I cannot recommend them highly enough! To get to Serenity Makeup in Glen Innes, Auckland 1072, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 625 from the city center and get off at the Glen Innes Train Station. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Serenity's private home studio. If you prefer to drive, head towards Glen Innes and turn onto Line Road. Rude, insensitive and lying staff. From the second I walked in with my children, having to wait due to capacity (also i was a life guard in a publice pool). Just to see a nearly empty pool. Lied how long the wait time would be, watching other families of the same background to be put through before myself and other waiting families. Terrible staff and cleanliness isn't a factor there. Myself and others who waited were all been lied to. Then watched as staff just stood there not doing anything as multiple families left. The man at the door is rude and a liar and the Cafe staff (particularly the tattoo girl) was very rude and yelled at any Children who didn't have money to move. It was a tense environment and waiting families such as myself and children all left. Oh, I visited Antonia yesterday with aches and stiffness from a string of mishaps - chopping timber, dozing on a firm surface in the chill, and more, all during a period of high stress amidst a lengthy renovation. My gracious, enduring body felt tense and somewhat irritable, and I feared, given my age, that this might be my new norm.
I sought out Antonia because she had previously aided me greatly with scar therapy post-surgery.
After an hour on the treatment table, I could move freely again, bend, twist. I felt rejuvenated.
Today, I have slept soundly without being roused by discomfort, I feel more agile, my energy is flowing. She has truly revitalized me.
What Antonia offers is not merely a lovely cosmetic massage, but profound healing. She possesses a deep understanding of the body and how to coax it into being as flexible and cooperative as possible.
