I heard heaps of good stuff about this spot so I decided to pop in for a haircut. The fade was solid and the trim on top was okay. The lineup was a letdown. Both sides weren't even and my hairline was a tad wonky too. The lineup is probably the second most crucial part of a cut after the fade. Building customer loyalty is key to keeping folks coming back regularly. Visited to have my ears pierced. The procedure was very efficient and gentle. 2 staff members, one ear each so it was done quickly with no pain at all! Very pleased with that. Giving 4 stars because the pricing is deceptive. Your website states free aftercare pack/solution, but in reality, it's $39.99 for the piercing and an additional $20 for the aftercare solution, totaling $59.99. That is the only way to describe my experience. I started out with the floatation, which was out of this world. So relaxing. I then had a full body massage at the amazing hands of Lucy. She was very thorough and was very considerate of troubling points and pressure strength.
The whole place is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely come again and will recommend to everyone I know.About

Our regular supermarket in New Zealand, I must say the range of products has gone. Where are all the range of products we used to buy? It seems they have been replaced by PAMs products or deleted. One of my favorites is ice-cream cones the only box you can buy is PAMs which are much smaller. I emailed the manufacturer he said they are unable to supply their product under their name. Why is profit more important than supplying what the customer wants to buy. I rarely leave bad Bing reviews but had a terrible time with this spot - the lash artist scolded me for my eyelids twitching (I've visited many other lash spots and nobody has scolded me for this before) and after just a WEEK, 90% of the lashes have fallen out and now I have an eye infection which makes me doubt their cleanliness protocols.
