Scheduled an appointment well in advance for a significant event (father of the groom) and had a detailed discussion with the hairstylist beforehand about my preferences. Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that she was absent as she had to accompany her father somewhere. Later, it was mentioned that she was feeling unwell. I had to opt for another stylist to do my hair and ended up paying more than the initial agreement. During my visit, another client arrived for a scheduled eyebrow appointment and had to wait for about 30 minutes. I mulled over getting laser eye surgery for years, juggling young tamariki and sports. I despised the constant need for glasses and contacts. Now, 1 moon post LASIK, it's hands down the best decision ever. The surgery was incredibly quick, in and out within what felt like 30 minutes, and 5 hours later my eyes were clear and my vision perfect. The change was unbelievable. Dr. Te Aroha Hall was very informative, and the follow-up care and appointments have been straightforward. No more foggy glasses from little ones, saving money on contacts, and the hassle of switching between different eyewear constantly.
