Visited to have my ears pierced. The procedure was very efficient and gentle. 2 staff members, one ear each so it was done quickly with no pain at all! Very pleased with that. Giving 4 stars because the pricing is deceptive. Your website states free aftercare pack/solution, but in reality, it's $39.99 for the piercing and an additional $20 for the aftercare solution, totaling $59.99. I underwent a laser treatment a couple of years back & now I'm left with huge permanent red marks on my cheeks. My skin was flawless before this & I regret ever getting the treatment! I feel extremely self-conscious about these prominent marks, I always need to wear concealer or makeup to hide them. They took before & after photos - what a waste of time! They attempted to use microneedling to fix it, but even after the 5th free session, the marks are still there. Those big red marks are still visible today & it cost me a fortune! I won't be returning, they just care about your money & don't know how to operate their machines properly!
