Scheduled an appointment well in advance for a significant event (father of the groom) and had a detailed discussion with the hairstylist beforehand about my preferences. Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that she was absent as she had to accompany her father somewhere. Later, it was mentioned that she was feeling unwell. I had to opt for another stylist to do my hair and ended up paying more than the initial agreement. During my visit, another client arrived for a scheduled eyebrow appointment and had to wait for about 30 minutes. Absolutely loved my time at the salon yesterday. I was pampered and given a fresh look by the owner Alex, and she absolutely nailed it. I didn't have a clear vision in mind, just wanted something lighter and easy to maintain for the summer, and she delivered beyond my expectations. The entire team was incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a fantastic ambiance. The pricing was reasonable, and I even got a complimentary bottle of purple shampoo. I'll definitely be returning.
