I arrived at 10.30 and had a chat with a wonderful lady who was incredibly helpful since I was unsure of what I wanted. I ended up opting for a pedicure, and she did an outstanding job (I've had pedicures at various salons before) - she's definitely the best.

I received treatment here for tendonitis and would not recommend this clinic, I have now had to find a new clinic (Hands On Rehab in Manukau) who are amazing. Every time I visited the physio would ask me the same questions eg "the steroid injection worked for you?" to which I always answered no, I was also asked at every appointment if I lift children daily, after explicitly saying I DONT have any children and have no interest in them. I wish to praise David and Apprentice Kelsey from Laser Electrical Elliott St, Papakura after Fitting 3 fans and an extra power point, December 5 2023 ahead of the Summer heat. They were amicable yet professional and everything was completed promptly. Due to no fault of theirs, the task couldn't be finished, as parts were absent from the fan brought by the client. Nevertheless, a new electrician Shannon was dispatched to finish the task the next day. Upon completion, the initial quote was honored and throughout the entire process Safety both for themselves and the client was of a high standard and something to take pride in. I tend to steer clear of this store when possible due to previous negative encounters.
Today I had to make a purchase from there as Countdown doesn't stock it.
I couldn't locate the item I needed, so I had to seek assistance from staff. They kept redirecting me from one employee to another.
I observed that the elderly, short-haired kiwi lady at the register was engrossed in conversation with a patron (clearly an acquaintance). When I approached her for help in finding the item, she responded in a disrespectful manner, 'I'm assisting a customer.'
I had to interrupt her prolonged chat with her friend, which clearly displeased her.
Despite my hectic day and sense of urgency, it seemed inconsequential. Certainly not to the impolite, uncooperative staff at this store.
