Would definitely recommend. I've visited several Physiotherapists at Active+ for various sports injuries, both recent and ongoing, and have always had positive outcomes. Emma and Harper are professional and personable, and I've found them to be very empathetic and easy to collaborate with in managing injuries while continuing to train in my sport. The facilities are top-notch, parking is convenient, cannot praise them enough. The most amazing facial I've ever had in my ten years living in New Zealand. It was incredibly relaxing and definitely worth the price.
I walked into this salon one day just for my eyebrows, but ended up treating myself to a Vitamin C facial.
I completely forgot to ask for your name, haha.
You are so kind, easy to chat with, and friendly. Your massage technique is top-notch and left me feeling so at ease.

My colleagues have been praising Attila for ages so I decided to finally go and have my ankle checked. I booked online for a Saturday as I live a 40-minute drive away and my work schedule is jam-packed during the week. When I arrived, they informed me that they hadn't received my booking and someone else was in my slot. They offered me an appointment at 2:30, but this meant waiting 2 hours in Papakura with my just-purchased groceries going bad and disrupting the rest of my Saturday, since it was too far for me to drive back home. Very frustrating as I had been eagerly waiting to have my ankle looked at for weeks. I am extremely disappointed with the booking system and the customer service. I received treatment here for tendonitis and would not recommend this clinic, I have now had to find a new clinic (Hands On Rehab in Manukau) who are amazing. Every time I visited the physio would ask me the same questions eg "the steroid injection worked for you?" to which I always answered no, I was also asked at every appointment if I lift children daily, after explicitly saying I DONT have any children and have no interest in them.
