Unpleasant encounter with the staff. Approached the checkout, greeted the cashier and inquired about his evening. Received no response, just a puzzled stare as if I was speaking a foreign language. The guy continued chatting loudly with another cashier several tills away. He didn't even bother to ask if I needed a receipt for over $100 worth of items. If you're not happy in your job, find another one. My spouse and I adored our Antenatal Classes - they were highly informative and also enjoyable, providing a fantastic opportunity to meet other expectant parents. I continued with the Mums & Bubs classes and the coffee groups after our baby was born, and it's just such a wonderful, safe space that Te Aroha has created for us; I eagerly anticipate them every week. Te Aroha is exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable, and we are grateful for all the support she has provided us over the past year! 💖
