Today me and my whānau visited Parnell. We were captivated by the beauty of the suburb and captured moments around the area. We encountered a charming dog relaxing outside a brow salon - The Better Sisters. Intrigued by its cuteness, we began taking photos. Shortly after, we were reprimanded by the salon's owner for photographing the dog. While I understand not everyone is comfortable with their pet being photographed, the manner in which we were approached was somewhat aggressive, with a hint of anger, leaving me feeling intimidated and uneasy. It would have been appreciated if the owner had communicated the message in a more polite and gentle manner. The incident was a real buzzkill as our intentions were innocent, and we had no desire to cause offense. I believe as a business owner, it is crucial to maintain a level of politeness and respect in interactions. I enjoy visiting brow and lash salons, but I would reconsider patronizing a place where the owner displays rudeness.About

I'm impressed by the service at St Luke's, and the Newmarket store, being newer and in a better spot, should offer even better service. However, my first laser treatment this morning at 9:00 was disappointing. The therapist didn't explain well and hurriedly left the room, not giving me enough time to cover up. When I asked for the manager's contact details to file a complaint, she handed me a generic email card with no name. I now seek a full refund due to this unpleasant experience and hope for a prompt response.About

Absolutely dreadful thulium laser treatment. The initial session was incredibly painful and the laser malfunctioned. The removal of the eye protection cups was a struggle and caused intense discomfort. Despite not being charged, upon returning a year later to display the two crimson scars beneath my eyes (15 cm in length), worsened lip lines due to skin damage, and enlarged pores on one side of my nose, Paul claimed he couldn't detect any issues. I felt utterly foolish. My 30-year-old child became furious and accompanied me to confront him. Yet, he still insisted there was no visible damage and demanded a payment of 400. I refused to pay and strongly advise against seeking treatment from this individual.
