I scheduled an appointment here to get highlights in my hair! Just wanted to say the lady who did it & im so sorry I have forgotten your name, was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the whole way, Only took about 45 mins -1 hour but everything was explained really well & the end result was suburb! I think I will go back here to eventually get the rest of my hair done. The color just looks wonderful though, & the banter here is great, feels like a family when you walk in here. I am not happy with the service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the service even though I had made an appointment in advance. I went for the second most expensive hairdresser (Vinitha) and regret my decision as my haircut is nowhere near to any of the reference photos I had shown. The more I look at it the more it annoys me. I have a chunk of hair on my left scalp just chopped off like I was trying to get rid of a chewing gum stuck in the hair.
Also, I was asked to pay more than the price mentioned on the website and a $3 charge I don't know for what. As I arrived from abroad, I wanted to purchase coils, charger, batteries, and liquid. The person who assisted me was super quick. Coils were almost sold out, only 3 pieces left but were overpriced. When I tried to find a charger, he didn't bother showing me all the options available in the shop, so I refrained from buying. I hope this was due to my French-speaking background even though I tried to communicate in English.
I had to visit another store for my batteries.
That's how I ended up ordering from your website instead!
