I wish I found this place sooner. Kahu is amazing. He knows his stuff and the results are outstanding. He was able to give me the cut I wanted which also worked for my thick hair. The colouring and blend was stunning (never seen a blend as good as this), and was so accommodating too. Also, the best hair wash/massage I’ve had as well. I have a very sensitive scalp and get anxious about the hair washes but I almost fell asleep in Te Aroha's hands. Seriously, this salon is amazing and they treat their clients so well. The massage therapist working today, seemed to be using only 2 fingers to poke and prod at various areas rather than providing a proper massage. He ignored my requests to lighten the pressure and failed to notice my discomfort when I winced in pain. This was the first time during a massage that I contemplated ending it before the 20 minutes were up.
