Upon entering the studio, it was evident how strong the owner's relationships with customers are - individuals came in solely to wish her a Merry Christmas, and clients were already booking their next appointments as soon as she finished with them. I was delighted with the haircut I received; I briefly explained what I wanted, and she executed it perfectly. I’ve been coming here for my eyebrows since 2009 (12 years old) and I have loved every appointment. First the facility is amazing, the way they have designed it makes me feel warm and welcome. Second the service, absolutely incredible I’m always walking out with such good brows. Lastly my number one favourite of why I think Bessie’s is amazing is the people. This excellent business has got the best ladies working there. They each have a blossoming smile which warms the room up. I always feel so comfortable going there.
